What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 30 days. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, odor, or wear) with all labels and product tags attached in the original packing.


What items are non-refundable?

Items marked as final sale or items from our sale section of the store.

Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.


I received the wrong / broken / damaged item in my order. What do I do?

Send as a good quality picture of the item and describe your problem as detailed as possible.


Can I exchange my item?

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

Simply return your package by following the normal return procedure.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address.
